Engagement models
- Project — a defined build with a written spec: identity, site, or product design. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
- Retainer — an ongoing design partnership for teams shipping continuously.
- Sprint — a bounded, one-week engagement: an audit, a spec, or a decision path. The entry point most clients start with.
Rates are quoted per engagement after discovery — no two scopes price the same, and we would rather say that than publish a number that has to move.
